കൊച്ചി: പാര്ക്ക് മെഡി വേള്ഡ് ലിമിറ്റഡിന്റെ പ്രാഥമിക പൊതു ഓഹരി വില്പന (ഐപിഒ) 2025 ഡിസംബര് 10 മുതല് 12 വരെ നടക്കും. ഐപിഒയിലൂട 920 കോടി രൂപ സമാഹരിക്കാനാണ് കമ്പനി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. 770 കോടി രൂപയുടെ പുതിയ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളും പ്രമോട്ടര്മാരുടെ 150 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളുടെ ഓഫര് ഫോര് സെയിലുമാണ് ഐപിഒയില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. രണ്ട് രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള ഓഹരി ഒന്നിന് 154 മുതല് 162 രൂപവരെയാണ് വില നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കുറഞ്ഞത് 92 ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികള്ക്കും തുടര്ന്ന് 92 ന്റെ ഗുണിതങ്ങള്ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. ഓഹരികള് എന്എസ്ഇയിലും ബിഎസ്ഇയിലും ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും. നുവാമ വെല്ത്ത് മാനേജ്മെന്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്, സിഎല്എസ്എ ഇന്ത്യ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്, ഡിഎഎം ക്യാപിറ്റല് അഡ്വൈസേഴ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്, ഇന്റന്സീവ് ഫിസ്കല് സര്വീസസ് പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് എന്നിവരാണ് ഐപിഒയുടെ ബുക്ക് റണ്ണിങ് ലീഡ് മാനേജര്മാര്.
