കൊച്ചി: വി-ഗാര്ഡ് ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ഭാഗമായ വീഗാലാന്ഡ് ഡവലപ്പേഴ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് പ്രാഥമിക ഓഹരി വില്പനയ്ക്ക് (ഐപിഒ) അനുമതി തേടി സെബിയ്ക്ക് പ്രാരംഭ രേഖകള് (ഡിആര്എച്ച്പി) സമര്പ്പിച്ചു. കേരളത്തില് മിഡ്-പ്രീമിയം, പ്രീമിയം, അള്ട്രാ-പ്രീമിയം, ലക്സ്-സീരീസ്, അള്ട്രാ-ലക്ഷ്വറി വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലായി ബഹുനില റെസിഡന്ഷ്യല് അപ്പാര്ട്ട്മെന്റ് പദ്ധതികളുടെ ആസൂത്രണം, നിര്മ്മാണം, വില്പ്പന എന്നിവയില് ഏര്പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു റിയല് എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് കമ്പനിയാണ് വീഗാലാന്ഡ് ഡവലപ്പേഴ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്. 2025 ഡിസംബര് 8-ലെ ഐസിആര്എ റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് പ്രകാരം കേരളത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വേഗത്തില് വില്പ്പന നടത്തുന്ന റിയല് എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഡെവലപ്പറായും സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ മുന്നിര റെസിഡന്ഷ്യല് ഡെവലപ്പര്മാരില് ഒരാളായും കമ്പനി അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. കമ്പനി 250 കോടി രൂപയുടെ പുതിയ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളാണ് ഐപിഒയില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ഐപിഒയില് ഓഫര് ഫോര് സെയില് ഇല്ല. 2025 ഒക്ടോബര് 31-ലെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് കമ്പനി 11.05 ലക്ഷം ചതുരശ്ര അടി വിസ്തീര്ണ്ണമുള്ള 10 റെസിഡന്ഷ്യല് പദ്ധതികള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ 12.67 ലക്ഷം ചതുരശ്ര അടി വിസ്തീര്ണ്ണമുള്ള 9 പദ്ധതികളുടെ നിര്മ്മാണം നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിനുപുറമെ കേരളത്തിലെ കൊച്ചിയിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുമായി ആകെ 7.20 ഏക്കര് ഭൂമി ശേഖരമുണ്ട്. ആവശ്യമായ നിയമപരമായ അനുമതികള്, സാധ്യത പഠനങ്ങള് വിപണി സാഹചര്യങ്ങള് എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമായി ഭാവിയിലെ പാര്പ്പിട വികസന പദ്ധതികള്ക്കായി ഈ ഭൂമി ഉപയോഗിക്കാനാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ക്യൂമുലേറ്റീവ് ക്യാപിറ്റല് പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് ആണ് ഐപിഒയുടെ ബുക്ക് റണ്ണിങ് ലീഡ് മാനേജര്.
